Dr. Ruslan Nadyuk has a long history with the Russian-American Institute dating back to the 1990s. He served as a professor of psychology at the Institute, then Deputy Chair and later Acting Chair of the Department before taking on a leadership role as Department Chair in 2006. He has served as a pastor and counselor and has completed a Master’s degree in theology in 1997 and a Master’s degree in social psychology in 2000, before completing his Ph.D. in educational psychology in 2010. Dr. Nadyuk is married and has three sons.
